RETURN POLICY
BRAND NEU TOOLS offers a 30 day return policy for a full refund. The refund will be issued after the item is returned to Rush, NY and the tool is inspected. The 30 day period begins after BNT has been informed that the product is being returned. After the 30 day period a partial refund of 70% can be issued upon proper return of the tool. No refunds will be issued after 90 days of purchase. Returns need to be shipped back at the buyer’s expense to:

BRAND NEU TOOLS will ship using USPS Flat Rate boxes. All inventory is shipped from Rush NY. BNT will offer free shipping on orders over $100.00. Orders under $100.00 will pay a $10.00 Shipping charge. Shipping will take from 5-7 business days.​

All tools sold by BRAND NEU TOOLS are covered by the manufacturer warranty. A warranty card will be included in the box outlining the manufacturer warranty. In addition, some manufacturers will offer a sharpening service with instructions also included in the box.
